Dear Division 8 member,

I would like to invite Division 8 members who may have an interest in this program to join the FSO-ANs in forming an Aids to Navigation Team for Division 8. The Aids to Navigation program offers five Auxiliary Aids to Navigation Programs - ATON - Federal Aids, PATON - Private Aids, BAP - the Bridge Administration Program, CU - Chart Updating Program and SCF - Small Craft Facility Program. 

The team would be responsible for setting the goals and operating Division 8’s ATON program. You can do as much or as little as your schedule permits.

If you have an interest in this program, please speak to your FSO-AN or let me know at your earliest convenience. There is something for everyone in this program. All but the PATON program do NOT require you to become qualified.
